The absence of a proper interface for thermal and sticker printer billing slowed down the printing flow and affected the booking speed. A secure, automated, and streamlined solution was required to make the entire booking process accurate, fast, and reliable.

MAC ID Based Secure Login
To ensure only authorized systems could access the platform, we implemented a MAC ID–based authentication system. Each machine was registered with its unique MAC ID, preventing fake logins and unauthorized users from accessing the booking software. This added a strong security layer and brought complete access control to branch operations.

Automated Weight Detection
We integrated automatic weight capture to avoid manual entry and calculation errors. This feature ensures that the weight of each consignment is recorded accurately, which directly improves charge calculation and prevents billing discrepancies. Branch Booking & Consignment Number Generation
